ABOUT OTTER BREWERY

All Otter beers have their individual flavours and aromas. We are lucky enough to be able to draw our own spring water and ferment with a unique yeast.
These two ingredients, in particular, define many of the individual flavour tones of Otter beers. To this we add carefully selected ingredients and tweak different parts of the brewing process to create our individual brands. This makes a range of beers to cover all the needs of the 21st century drinker – a tall order! To date our cellar holds 5 regular brews that are produced all year round and a seasonal beer for the darker months where a little body warming is required. We believe that beer should be a balance of flavour and aroma. Outstanding characteristics are quirky but they don't lend themselves to regular drinking beers.
All the Otter Beers have won public acclaim at some stage, however we think that success should really be measured by everyday drinker feedback rather than awards on the wall.
ABOUT OTTER BITTER
Otter Bitter is our 'session' beer. We understand the importance of keeping those customers who prefer lower gravity beer satisfied -
Otter Bitter does just that.
It is a beautifully light and fruity beer with good hoppy bitterness.
It leaves a refreshing bitterness which prompts the next gulp.
A wonderful, old fashioned, 'session' beer. Brewed for drinking with no frills.

ABOUT SHARPS DOOM BAR
Doom Bar Bitter is named after an infamous sandbank at the mouth of the Camel Estuary in North Cornwall.

Where the river Camel meets the Atlantic Ocean on Cornwall’s rugged north coast, a sand bank, centuries old, known as the Doom Bar protects and calms this beautiful estuary. Sailors respect the Doom Bar knowing it to be unforgiving if met with haste or arrogance.
Doom Bar the beer embodies many characteristics which make it worthy to carry the name of this natural wonder. It’s distinctive aroma and balanced flavour set it apart from other beers taking unsuspecting first time drinkers by surprise with its moreish appeal. Doom Bar has achieved international cult status, is one of the fastest growing beer brands in the UK and the best selling cask beer in the South West of England.
Taste Notes Stuart Howe Head Brewer
“The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more.”

ABOUT TIMOTHY TAYLOR'S BREWERY
In 1858 Timothy Taylor began brewing beer in Cook Lane in the West Riding town of Keighley. He clearly struck upon a successful formula for in 1863 he set up and built a larger brewery at Knowle Spring, where the company has remained ever since.
The superb spring water that wells up from deep under the Pennines is still used today to produce the country's best traditional cask ales.
The brewery remains in the Taylor family and is now the last independent brewery of its type left in West Yorkshire. This independence enables Taylors to survive as one of the few brewers still brewing true cask ales in the same way it has always done.
"Taylor's Taste" is achieved by using only the finest natural
ingredients, taking pride in the brewing process and allowing full time for the ales to ferment and mature, thereby creating a unique family of beers.
We have come a long way since 1858. Our beers have won many awards and worldwide acclaim. This is seen within our product range.
